Management and scientists at KeyGene are very enthusiastic to harbour PostDocs within the company. PostDocs are an inspiration to colleagues and boost the knowledge that can help KeyGene to develop groundbreaking crop innovations. On top of that, it is very stimulating to have the chance to boost the careers of talented scientists by allowing them to work at KeyGene for 12-24 months.
