KeyGene is open to applications from students who are interested in a practical training period working on projects involving molecular plant genetics. Students are positioned on the basis of their interests and available projects in one of the Research Departments in the Netherlands (Bioinformatics & Modeling, Vegetable Crops, Field Crops and Technology & Trait Mechanisms) or at our Applied Biology Systems team in the U.S.
We offer positions at all levels and possibilities to work together with technicians, Bachelors and Masters students. The length of the research project can vary from 4-12 months and the student receives a monthly payment. The research project is completed by writing a report and presenting the findings in company meetings. At this moment we have the following intern positions available:
